We are seeking an individual with an unwavering dedication to exceptional patient care, a collaborative spirit, intrinsic motivation for helping others, and an acute attention to detail—all complemented by a polished, professional, service minded demeanor.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 member consultations for weight management and metabolic health, applying the JumpstartMD program.
• Conduct 1:1 member consultations for hormone replacement therapy, applying the JumpstartMD program.
• Learn and effectively integrate additional care protocols including advanced lipid testing, risk stratification, and management, hormonal and peptide therapies, skin and hair, sexual health, micronutrient optimization, and more.
• Provide routine patient care, including examinations, screenings, and medication administration.
• Ensure up-to-date patient records, ordering and evaluating lab tests as needed.
• Conduct follow-up calls and promptly respond to post-visit inquiries.
• Adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and productivity metrics in delivering quality patient care.

Support team by assisting with medical and program-related questions, attending meetings, and completing required training.

Qualifications and Requirements

Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant including Texas and California. (Additional states are a major plus)

• Master’s degree from an accredited NP or PA program.
• DEA Registration Certificate.

OIG Clearance and NPI Number

Must be able to meet and receive a background check to include criminal records clearance..
