This position offers no call requirements, weekends off, day shifts only. Work with Comprehensive Rehab Consultants in Alamo, Texas.
Provide specialized Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation services to patients within a skilled nursing facility. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physical, occupational, and speech therapists, to optimize patient rehabilitative outcomes and functional independence.
Candidates must hold a valid Nurse Practitioner, APRN, or Physician Assistant license in Texas. Experience in a post-acute or skilled nursing facility setting is preferred.
