We're looking for a compassionate, motivated Licensed Therapist to join our clinical team. This is an excellent opportunity for a developing clinician who wants to gain meaningful experience providing therapy to adults with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders while receiving supervision from experienced professionals as you work toward independent licensure.
What You'll Do
- Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions
- Complete biopsychosocial assessments and participate in treatment planning
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, case managers, and the interdisciplinary treatment team
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment interventions as appropriate
- Help create a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment
- Receive clinical supervision and continue developing your therapeutic skills
What You'll Bring
- Active Colorado LCSW, LPC, LMFT
- Passion for helping individuals experiencing substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Key Responsibilities
The therapist will facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions while maintaining accurate clinical documentation. They will also collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an active Colorado LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license. A passion for treating substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders is required, along with the ability to pass a background check.
