Job Description
$5000 Sign on Bonus Opportunity paid in two installments at 90 days and 6 months.
Make a meaningful impact in a residential setting where clients come to heal, grow, and rebuild their lives. Located in Raymond, IL, Lincoln Recovery is a mission-driven, privately owned treatment center offering mental health and dual-diagnosis care.
We’re seeking a Licensed Therapist who is passionate about client-centered work and who will facilitate therapeutic mental health group programming.
What You’ll Do
- Provide individual and group therapy using variety of modalities: CBT, DBT, EFT, ACT, and MI
- Support crisis intervention and stabilization.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to guide client progress.
- Complete documentation accurately and on time.
What You'll Bring
- Active CO license: LPC, LCSW, or LMFT (required).
- Experience with mental health and/or co-occurring disorders.
- Strong group facilitation skills and clinical judgment.
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

Requirements
Requires an active Colorado license as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT. Candidates must have experience with mental health or co-occurring disorders and possess strong group facilitation skills.
