Provide specialized Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation services to patients within a skilled nursing facility. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physical, occupational, and speech therapists to optimize patient functional outcomes.
Must hold a valid Nurse Practitioner, APRN, or PA license in North Carolina. Experience in the post-acute or skilled nursing facility space is preferred.
