Role Overview
NorthStar Anesthesia is seeking a Chief CRNA to provide clinical leadership and support daily operations at Baptist Health Louisville. This role offers the opportunity to lead and support a collaborative anesthesia team while maintaining clinical practice in a diverse hospital setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership, mentorship, and support to the CRNA team.
- Coordinate staffing and daily anesthesia operations.
- Promote quality patient care, clinical excellence, and provider engagement.
- Partner with hospital and anesthesia leadership to improve workflows and resolve operational challenges.
- Collaborate with clinical recruiting on candidate interviews, site visits, and provider onboarding.
Case Mix: General, OB, and 24-hour OR coverage, with opportunities to practice across a diverse surgical environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- $240,000 base salary
- $6,000 incentive
- $20,000 annual Chief CRNA stipend
- 8 weeks of PTO

Requirements
The role requires an experienced CRNA capable of providing clinical leadership and managing daily hospital operations. Candidates must be prepared to practice in a diverse surgical environment including general and OB cases.
