Key Responsibilities

• For this position, Physician Assistants will manage patients in an outpatient clinic setting as well as providing in-home clinical support for patients in the community.

Requirements

• Assess patients' clinical problems and healthcare needs and provide clinical care and consultation

• HCC coding, verification, and risk adjustment

• Perform various tests and screenings

• Counseling patients with education around their discharge plan

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $125K - $150K

• Malpractice insurance covered.
