Key Responsibilities
The Physician Assistant will manage patient care in outpatient clinics and provide in-home clinical support to older adults. Responsibilities include performing wellness exams, coordinating continuity of care, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient health outcomes.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a current Oregon Physician Assistant license and possess at least 2 years of clinical experience in primary care, family medicine, internal medicine, gerontology, or palliative care. Additional requirements include board certification, active CPR/BLS certification, and the ability to travel within the Salem, OR area.
