Join our outpatient team in Red Oak, Texas, as a Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT). We welcome both experienced clinicians and new graduates who want a supportive environment, manageable caseloads, and opportunities to grow.

Performance-based Bonus Opportunities
At Physical Therapy Today, you’ll treat a diverse outpatient population with orthopedic conditions, post-surgical rehabilitation needs, sports injuries, balance and vestibular conditions, chronic pain, arthritis, and work-related injuries.
Your Role
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
- Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training
- Help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, and function
- Educate patients on recovery, injury prevention, and home exercise programs
- Collaborate with clinicians and support staff
Complete Timely and Accurate Documentation
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure
- CPR certification, if applicable
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to patient-centered care
- New graduates are welcome; outpatient experience is not required
