Provide personalized, evidence-based physical therapy to patients with a variety of orthopedic, neurological, and sports-related conditions. Maintain accurate patient documentation using Raintree EMR while managing a caseload of approximately 50 visits per week.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program and possess an active state Physical Therapy license or be eligible for licensure. Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills are required for this patient-centered role.
