  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college required
  • Licensed Physical Therapist issued by the state in which you will be working.
  • Minimum of one year healthcare experience
  • Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
  • A commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting
  • The skills needed to self-manage your time and schedule
  • Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software.

Schedule and Shift Details

  • Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 6:00 pm, 1 weekend per month, and 2 holidays per year Travel
  • Local travel to residential homes.

Key Responsibilities

The physical therapist will collaborate with a team to manage and deliver patient care plans in a home health setting. Responsibilities include traveling to patient residences and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy and possess a valid state license. A minimum of one year of healthcare experience and a valid driver's license are required.
