Job Description
Eyas Landing - Avondale is seeking a skilled and compassionate clinic-based Physical Therapist (PT) to join our multidisciplinary team of top therapists in Chicago, IL.
Eyas Landing - Avondale offers a unique opportunity to provide therapy through our Merlin Day Academy, a fully integrated educational and therapeutic environment for children ages 6-14 years old with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs. About the Role
As a Physical Therapist (PT) at Eyas Landing - Avondale, you will provide physical therapy to children and families in our clinic, clients' schools and homes. You'll foster each child's mobility, gross motor development, and functional independence growth through:
Providing Individualized and Group Therapy
- Implementing therapeutic approaches such as DIR/Floortime, Developmental Treatment, Motor Skills Acquisition, and Intentional Relationship Model (IRM)
- Collaborating daily with occupational and speech therapists and social workers
- Documenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of care
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Salary: $74,000-85,000
