- Clinic-Based | Full-Time or Part-Time
- $95K-$107K/year + $5K sign-on/relocation bonus

Compensation & Benefits
- $95,000–$107,000 total earning potential between base salary + monthly bonus opportunities
- $5,000 sign-on bonus/relocation assistance available for full-time

Schedule: Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities
- Monday–Friday | 8 AM–6 PM clinic hours

Responsibilities
Conduct functional behavior assessments (e. g., VB-MAPP, Vineland) and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Oversee RBT implementation and provide ongoing clinical supervision and feedback
- Complete 62.5% billable hours of all hours worked each week
- Deliver parent/caregiver training to support generalization of skills
- Collaborate with other disciplines, school teams, and families to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring for insurance and treatment plan reviews
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification and North Carolina licensure (or eligibility)
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
- At least one year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum preferred
