Job Description
Role: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate, clinical Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join an established behavioral health organization in Dallas, TX. This position is responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs), designing individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plans, supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and collaborating closely with families to support children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and developmental delays.
Key Responsibilities
- Functional Assessments & Treatment Planning: Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and initial evaluations; construct evidence-based ABA intervention programs and skill acquisition plans.
- Clinical Supervision & Team Mentorship: Oversee, train, and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and behavior therapists; ensure high-fidelity implementation of treatment protocols.
- Caregiver Training & Family Collaboration: Facilitate ongoing parent/caregiver education, training, and consultation to generalize target skills across home and community settings.
- Progress Monitoring & Data Analysis: Continuously analyze data-driven treatment progress, make clinical protocol adjustments, and complete timely re-authorizations for insurance funding.
- Regulatory Compliance & EMR: Maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation in Electronic Health Record (EHR) and practice management software adhering to BACB ethics and HIPAA regulations.

- Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Active CPR / Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field required.
- Licensure: Active BCBA certification and Texas LBA in good standing.
- Experience: 1–3+ years of clinical experience conducting assessments and leading ABA programs for pediatric/adolescent populations.
- Attributes: Strong leadership, excellent communication, organizational skills, and a commitment to family-centered care.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or a related field and possess active BCBA certification and Texas LBA licensure. A minimum of 1-3 years of clinical experience in pediatric or adolescent ABA programs is required.
