Potential Annual Salary: $90,000-$97,000 based on experience, skills, tenure, and geography

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supervise Behavior Technicians and ensure treatment plans run with fidelity.
  • Conduct FBAs, develop ABA programs, and provide parent education.
  • Adapt with flexibility in challenging situations and seek continuous growth.
  • Communicate proactively and foster collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise behavior technicians to ensure treatment plans are implemented with fidelity and conduct functional behavior assessments. Develop ABA programs and provide ongoing education and support to parents and families.

Requirements

Must hold a current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the BACB. Candidates must be able to pass a criminal background check and meet health requirements including TB testing and immunizations.
