Job Requirements
- Board: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Oncology and Hematology
- Licenses: Active California License
- DEA: Active DEA Certification
- Certifications: ACLS (if moderate sedation), PALS (if pediatric patients)
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient chemotherapy and infusion services.
- Manage hematology/oncology patients including diagnosis, staging, and treatment.
- Provide oversight for infusion center treatments and ensure MD onsite for all treatments.
- Perform hospital consults as needed.
- Participate in call schedule (night call Monday-Thursday, weekend call Friday-Monday).

Provide outpatient chemotherapy and infusion services while managing hematology/oncology patients through diagnosis, staging, and treatment. Perform hospital consults as needed and participate in a clinical call schedule.
Requirements
Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Oncology and Hematology with an active California medical license and DEA certification. Requires proficiency in chemotherapy and immunotherapy administration along with relevant clinical certifications like ACLS.
