• Onsite Complete Blood Counts (CBCs)

Recruitment Status

Active recruitment for a full-time physician is ongoing.

Required Skills and Procedures

• Expertise in outpatient care specializing in hematology and oncology.
• Active participation in multidisciplinary tumor board meetings.
• Specialty category: Hematology/Oncology.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is essential.

Shift Details

The role involves providing outpatient clinical services on scheduled days, with opportunities for optional night and weekend on-call duties.

Qualifications

Location

Must be willing to work in Lapeer.

Board Certification

Must be board certified in Medical Oncology and Hematology [MANDATORY]. Review of Truly BE providers is encouraged.

Certifications

BLS and ACLS [MANDATORY].

Licensure

Active Michigan medical license [MANDATORY]; IMLC will not be considered.

EMR Proficiency

Familiarity with Cerner EMR is preferred but not required.

Documentation

A copy of the NPDB self-query, pulled within the last 30 days, is required for presentation.

Certification Requirements

• Board certification is mandatory.

Licensure Requirement

• Must possess a valid Michigan medical license.
