Job Details: Job Location: Buffalo, NY - Buffalo, NY, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $450000.00 - $550000.00Salary/year, Job Shift: Day, Job Category: Health Care, Join us as a Hematology/Oncology Physician in Buffalo, NY.
Seeking an experienced candidate to join a team of Hematology/Oncology physicians, APPs, and a full complement of RNs and support staff.
Candidate would work in partnership with other Great Lakes Cancer care and ancillary service lines including: Head and neck Oral oncology Breast oncology Surgical oncology Thoracic oncology UroOncology Supportive/Palliative care services Interventional pain management Additional Duties & Responsibilities: Diagnosis, treatment, and management of hematology/oncology patients in a hospital-based outpatient clinic.
Supervision of chemotherapy suite Inpatient consults of hematology/oncology patients Variable on-call schedule Schedule: Full-time, M-F. Call as needed.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary range: $450,000-550,000 per year. *Does not include productivity and quality incentives, signing, retention, or relocation bonuses. RVU productivity in addition Sign on bonus and relocation assistance available. Paid PTO and holidays CME allowance and paid days off Health and retirement benefits Employer paid occurrence-based malpractice insurance Qualifications: MD or DO, BC/BE in Internal Medicine. Clear and active state medical license.
Key Responsibilities
The physician will diagnose, treat, and manage hematology/oncology patients within a hospital-based outpatient clinic. Responsibilities also include supervising the chemotherapy suite and conducting inpatient consultations.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an MD or DO degree and be board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine. A clear and active state medical license is required for the position.
