Pediatric Physical Therapist

About the Role

Little Land Pediatric Therapy & Play Gym is looking for a Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our Cedar Park clinic. You will evaluate and treat children with a wide range of physical and developmental needs, working as part of a combined Occupational and Physical Therapy team alongside our Speech and ABA programs.

This is a hands-on clinical role in a true multi-disciplinary setting. You will build individualized treatment plans, track progress, and collaborate daily with OTs, SLPs, and behavior analysts on shared cases, all inside a clinic built around a therapeutic play gym designed for kids to want to be there.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate new patients and develop individualized, evidence-based physical therapy treatment plans
• Deliver direct treatment to a pediatric caseload, adjusting plans of care as children progress
• Document evaluations, treatment plans, and session notes in line with payer and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with the OT, Speech, and ABA teams on shared cases to keep treatment approaches aligned
• Communicate clearly and consistently with families about progress, home programs, and goals
• Participate in team meetings and case reviews with clinical leadership

What We're Looking For

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
• Active, unencumbered Texas PT license, or eligible for licensure
• Pediatric clinical experience preferred; new graduates with strong pediatric fieldwork are welcome to apply
• Comfort working in a multi-disciplinary environment alongside OT, Speech, and ABA
• Strong communication skills with kids, families, and teammates
• A genuine interest in pediatric development, not just physical therapy in the abstract
