Job Description

At Vancouver Clinic, caring for people is our first priority and the driving

community. Our multispecialty clinic is physician owned, which prioritizes the
highest quality patient care and a strong work-life balance.

We are looking for a full-time Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join our dynamic
team. We are an established department that consists of 15 midwives who are all
committed to serving our diverse patient population. We are part of a
collaborative and collegial group of 20 OB/GYNs, 3 MFM physicians and 5 Women’s
Health APCs. We cover labor and delivery at two local hospitals where we perform
water births, VBAC, and assist in C-sections. In clinic, we provide routine
gynecologic, wellness and prenatal care.

To meet hospital credentialing requirements, clinicians must be currently
working in a full-scope midwifery practice (including labor and delivery
management) or have completed midwifery training within 1 year to be considered.

Position details

* 40-hour work week with two clinic days & one 24-hour call shift or two
12-hour call shifts

* Broad scope of practice due to our strong relationship with MFM

* Compensation is salary model based on years of experience ($132,752 -
$158,919)

The position requires a full-time Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join an expanding department of 18 midwives working collaboratively with OB/Gyns and MFM physicians. A minimum of one year of clinical experience as a midwife is preferred for this role.
