Job Description
Vision Quest Solutions is recruiting a Family Nurse Practitioner to support Fort Yuma Health Care Center in Winterhaven, California, with an anticipated start date of November 2, 2026.
The FNP will provide outpatient primary and same day care. Responsibilities include evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients, ordering and reviewing diagnostic testing, prescribing medications within clinical privileges, coordinating referrals and follow up care, and completing patient documentation.
Requirements
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Master’s or doctoral degree in nursing
- Current Family Nurse Practitioner certification
- Current, active, unrestricted professional license
- Minimum 2 years of recent primary care or urgent care experience
- Current BLS certification
- Ability to complete IHS credentialing and onboarding requirements
