Job Description

Our multispecialty clinic is physician owned, which prioritizes the highest quality patient care and a strong work-life balance.

We’re looking for a full-time (1.0. FTE) BC/BE Pediatrician to join our Pediatrics Department at our Columbia Tech Center location. The ideal candidate will have a passion for practicing evidence-based medicine in a collegial, cohesive group. The department consists of 21 physicians and 6 advanced practice clinicians.

Position details

  • 100% Outpatient practice
  • Full-time preferred with 4-5 days/week schedule (may consider part-time)
  • Shared called among the department with 24-hour patient access to nurse advice line
  • Established referral network with excellent collaboration between primary care & specialty care
  • Compensation is a Production model
  • New clinicians have 2-year guarantee at $285,000 with upside earning potential
  • Up to $35,000 starting bonus
  • Two-year partnership track position with a reasonable buy-in

Key Responsibilities

The pediatrician will provide high-quality, evidence-based medical care in a 100% outpatient setting. They will collaborate within a multispecialty team to ensure excellent patient outcomes and participate in shared call duties.

Requirements

Candidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) Pediatricians. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. as the clinic does not provide visa sponsorship.
