What minimum requirements you’ll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration
BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required.
Work Experience
Required professional licensure at time of hire required.

Key Responsibilities
The Clinical Educator will collaborate with leadership to identify educational gaps and design innovative programs to improve bedside clinical performance. They are responsible for measuring the effectiveness of these learning initiatives using data-driven tools to ensure improved patient outcomes.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a current Registered Nurse license and a diploma from an accredited nursing school, along with BLS certification. A minimum of 5 years of critical care experience is preferred for this role.
