Position Overview
Join a patient-centered team dedicated to helping individuals improve their hearing, balance, communication, and quality of life. As an Audiologist II, you will evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide range of hearing and balance disorders while developing individualized care plans tailored to each patient's needs.
Using strong clinical judgment and compassionate communication, you will partner with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary care teams to deliver exceptional outcomes. Responsibilities may include comprehensive audiologic evaluations, hearing aid consultations and dispensing, vestibular assessments, patient education, and auditory rehabilitation services.
This role offers the opportunity to practice in a collaborative environment, utilize advanced technology, and contribute to the development of future clinicians through mentorship and clinical instruction. Adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards is essential to delivering outstanding patient care.

Education
Other: Graduate of an accredited audiology program.
Certification & Licensure
AUDIO-Licensed Audiologist
BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider

Knowledge and application of professional practice and regulatory requirements.
Must be able to work in demanding work environment, organize multiple priorities completing work duties within expected timelines.

- Pay Range is $128,814.40 to $180,336.00 / annual salary
The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs. Base pay is only one component of Sutter Health’s comprehensive total rewards program. Eligible positions also include a comprehensive benefits package.
