Job Description
Hearing Healthcare Recruiters is proud to present an exciting opportunity for a Hearing Healthcare Provider to join a well-established private practice serving patients throughout the York, Shrewsbury, and Gettysburg, PA communities.
This is more than simply stepping into an existing caseload. The practice is looking for a provider who wants clinical autonomy, a voice in the direction of the practice, and the opportunity to develop programs and services they are passionate about.
The practice has been serving the community since the 1970s and has grown from a single location into a three-office operation with a strong referral network and a well-established patient base.
Position Overview

- Strong support from an experienced owner and established support staff
- Opportunity to have a voice in how the practice operates
- Encouragement to develop and spearhead new programs
- Potential to expand services in areas such as Auditory Processing Disorders and tinnitus

Practice Culture
This opportunity is ideal for a provider who believes that great patient care and great communication go hand in hand.
While productivity and revenue are important to any successful private practice, the focus here is on educating patients, building trust, and helping them make informed decisions about their hearing healthcare—not using high-pressure sales tactics.
The practice is looking for an “educational closer”—someone who can confidently educate patients about their options, communicate the value of treatment, and ultimately help patients make decisions that are right for them.
You will have the opportunity to work independently while still having an experienced owner available for support and collaboration. If you have an idea for a program or service you'd like to develop, there is genuine interest in hearing it.
