Audiologist - Private Practice

A nationally recognized, award-winning senior living community in the Lancaster, PA area is seeking a full-time Audiologist to join its established in-house hearing healthcare program. This is a unique opportunity to provide meaningful hearing healthcare to an adult population in a setting focused on access, education, cognitive wellness, and quality of life — not sales quotas.

Position Highlights

• Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule
• Professional daytime hours
• Adult population only
• Primarily serve a senior living community with an established patient population

Comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, including air/bone, pure-tone and speech testing, tympanometry, and wax management

• Perform ABRs to evaluate brainwave responses to sound
• Perform DPOAEs to assess cochlear and high-frequency function
• Hearing aid fitting, programming, troubleshooting, and follow-up
• No commission and no sales quotas
• Access to all major manufacturers
