Job Description
This growing hearing healthcare organization is opening a brand-new location in Houston, TX and is seeking an Audiologist to join the team.
With roots dating back to the 1980s and a strong connection to the multilingual communities it serves, this organization is committed to providing personalized hearing care to a diverse adult patient population.
Position Highlights
- Full-time, Monday–Friday, Professional daytime hours
- Brand-new Houston office
- Adult-focused practice — no pediatrics
- Strong emphasis on diagnostic audiology and hearing aids
- Significant amount of pure-tone audiometry and clinical masking
- Hearing aid counseling, fitting, programming, and follow-up
- Tinnitus management
- Hearing protection services
No ABRs or VNGs
- Minimal emphasis on sales — the focus is on clinical care and helping patients find appropriate hearing solutions
- Support staff on-site
About the Opportunity
This is more than stepping into an established clinic — you'll have the opportunity to help build a brand-new Houston location from the ground up.
The organization currently operates an established location in Georgia and has plans for continued growth, including additional locations in Texas and North Carolina.
A Multilingual Patient Population
The Houston location is expected to serve a large number of patients from the area's Korean, Chinese, and Vietnamese communities. Cultural awareness, sensitivity, and the ability to connect with patients from diverse backgrounds will be particularly important.
While bilingual communication is not required, candidates who speak Korean, Mandarin/Cantonese, Vietnamese, or another commonly spoken language in the community may find this especially rewarding.
