Key Responsibilities
The BCBA will design and implement individualized, assent-based treatment plans while supervising RBTs to ensure high-quality service delivery. They will also collaborate with families, conduct assessments, and monitor client progress to refine treatment outcomes.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a current BCBA certification in good standing and possess experience in delivering ABA therapy and supervising RBTs. A strong commitment to neurodiversity-affirming practices and data-driven clinical care is required.
