Key Responsibilities
Develop clinically sound treatment plans and deliver evidence-based therapy in a supportive environment. Supervise and mentor RBTs while collaborating with families to track progress and set goals.
Requirements
Candidates must be Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) with a commitment to compassionate care and evidence-based ABA practices. The role requires strong leadership skills to supervise trainees and manage clinical caseloads effectively.
