Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the clinical team to deliver high-quality ABA therapy services while overseeing patient assessments and individualized treatment plans. Ensure regulatory compliance and provide ongoing training and support to staff to maintain clinical best practices.
Requirements
Requires a BCBA certification and experience in clinical leadership within an ABA setting. Candidates must demonstrate expertise in behavioral health, staff mentorship, and the development of effective treatment plans.
