Benefits & Compensation
- Salary: $90K - $110K
- Signing bonus: $20,000.
- 20 days PTO.
- CME allowance: $1,000.

- Monthly performance bonuses up to $2,600/month ($31,200 annually)
Work Schedule
- Full-Time position.
- Hybrid position - combination of remote and on-site.
- No weekends required.

Key Responsibilities
Design and implement personalized ABA therapy plans while conducting assessments to track meaningful client outcomes. Lead and mentor behavior technicians while collaborating with families to set goals and build trust.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an active BCBA certification and an Arizona LBA certification. Strong communication, coaching skills, and a commitment to compassionate, evidence-based care are required.
