Join ICBD as a Clinical Director / BCBA – Leadership, No Weekends in West Orange, New Jersey, United States.

Key Responsibilities
The Clinical Director manages daily clinical operations and supervises BCBAs and RBTs to ensure high-quality ABA therapy services. They are responsible for overseeing treatment plans, conducting assessments, and providing direct feedback to the clinical team.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a BCBA certification and are preferred to have 5 years of experience in the ABA field. A clean background check, drug screening, and valid driving record are required for the position.
