About the Role
Join ICBD as a Behavior Analyst – High-Acuity, Relocation Package in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clinicians in designing and interpreting functional assessments, including functional analyses when appropriate.
- Support development of effective, behaviorally sound treatment plans for clients with complex needs.
- Collaborate with the Complex Care team and division leadership to identify cases that may benefit from additional clinical expertise.
Requirements
- Additional qualifications include: Minimum 5–7 years of clinical experience in applied behavior analysis, including experience supporting complex or severe behavior.
- Demonstrated expertise conducting and interpreting functional assessments, including functional analyses when appropriate.
- Experience working with older learners, adolescents, or adults with complex behavioral needs.
