Key Responsibilities
The Clinical Director oversees clinical quality, mentors BCBAs, and drives client success through data-driven decision-making and case reviews. They also manage the intake process for new learners and foster a positive, team-first culture in partnership with the Practice Manager.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree and a current BCBA certification with demonstrated experience in directing autism programs. The role requires physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting clients, kneeling, and maintaining active engagement in a therapy environment.
