Key Responsibilities
The Lead BCBA will maintain direct clinical accountability for a caseload while providing mentorship to BCBAs and RBTs. They will also partner with leadership to improve center performance, support marketing efforts, and ensure high-quality interdisciplinary care.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a BCBA certification and be licensed in Illinois with at least 2 years of applied experience. Strong clinical judgment, proactive communication skills, and the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 45 lbs are required.
