Key Responsibilities
The BCBA will supervise RBTs, conduct assessments, and develop individualized, assent-based treatment plans. They will also collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including SLPs, OTs, and PTs to ensure high-quality clinical outcomes.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a BCBA certification and be licensed in Illinois in good standing. Strong clinical judgment, proactive communication skills, and the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 45 lbs are required.
