Key Responsibilities
The BCaBA will assist in developing and implementing ABA therapy programs while providing 1:1 care to children and young adults. They are responsible for collecting data, monitoring patient progress, and maintaining professional communication with the treatment team and families.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field and possess a valid Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification. Additionally, they must have reliable transportation and advanced knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis principles.
