Key Responsibilities
The BCBA will lead the development and implementation of behavior analytic services and supervise ABA Specialists within residential and day programs. They are responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments, reviewing clinical data, and providing expert guidance to the interdisciplinary team.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field and possess BCBA certification. A minimum of two years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities and New Jersey licensure in behavior analysis are required.
