Job description
Join Developmental Pathways Inc. as a BCBA – Flexible/Hybrid, Spanish-Speaking, $80K-$90K in El Monte, CA, United States. We are looking for passionate, Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing team.

Work Schedule

Key Responsibilities
The BCBA will conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for clients with autism. They are also responsible for supervising behavior therapists and ensuring high-quality service delivery through data analysis and progress monitoring.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and possess a current BCBA certification. Proficiency in Spanish is highly preferred, and applicants must have a valid driver's license and the ability to pass a background check.
