Job description
Join Developmental Pathways Inc. as a BCBA – Flexible/Hybrid, Spanish Preferred, $80K-$90K in Buena Park, CA, United States. We are looking for passionate, Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing team.

Work Schedule

Key Responsibilities
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for clients with autism. Supervise behavior therapists and program managers while ensuring compliance with insurance standards and maintaining detailed progress reports.
Requirements
Requires a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and current BCBA certification. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check.
