Key Responsibilities
The BCBA will conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for individuals on the autism spectrum. They will also supervise behavior therapists and program managers while ensuring compliance with insurance standards and maintaining detailed progress reports.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field and possess a current BCBA certification. Proficiency in Spanish is highly preferred, along with a valid driver's license and the ability to pass a background check.
