Job description
Join Galliant as a Clinical Director/BCBA – Up to $120K, Flexible Schedule in Kaufman, Texas, United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead & Support a team of BCBAs, RBTs, and clinical staff to ensure excellence in ABA services.
- Oversee Clinical Quality by ensuring interventions are assent-based, compassionate, and individualized to each client.
- Provide Supervision & Training to develop BCBA and RBT skillsets and improve client outcomes.

- Salary: $110K - $120K
- Signing bonus: $20,000.
- 24 days PTO.
