Key Responsibilities

The BCBA will design and implement individualized treatment plans using neurodiversity-affirming practices while supervising RBTs. They will also collaborate with families to provide training and monitor client progress through data-driven assessments.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a current BCBA certification in good standing and possess experience in delivering ABA therapy and supervising RBTs. A strong commitment to assent-based practices and excellent communication skills are required.
