Benefits & Compensation
- Salary: $90K - $110K
- 15 days PTO.
- CME allowance: $1,000.
- Student loan repayment up to $437/month
- Monthly performance bonuses up to $2,600/month ($31,200 annually)
- 3-week paid sabbatical after 36 months
- Annual CEU stipend $1,000 + free in-house CEUs
Work Schedule
- Full-Time position.
- Hybrid position - combination of remote and on-site.
- No weekends required.
- Flexible scheduling available.

Key Responsibilities
Design and implement personalized ABA therapy plans while conducting assessments to track client progress. Lead and mentor behavior technicians while partnering with families to set goals and build trust.
Requirements
Requires an active BCBA certification and a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Candidates must have experience in clinic-based, in-home, or hybrid ABA service models.
