Job Details: Job Location: First Senior Home Health Clearwater - Clearwater, FL, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Description This leadership position oversees the nursing staff and ensures the highest quality of care and will collaborate with the Administrator to develop patient care programs, manage clinical operations, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities Oversee the recruitment, training, and management of nursing staff to ensure a competent and compassionate workforce. Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care programs in collaboration with other healthcare professionals tailored to the unique needs of seniors.

Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations concerning the healthcare industry and adherence to internal policies and procedures. Monitor patient care for quality assurance and implement improvements as necessary to meet the highest standards of healthcare services.

Serve as a liaison between the nursing staff, patients, their families, and healthcare providers to facilitate effective communication and patient satisfaction. Collaborates with the Administrator on preparing and managing budgets, allocating resources efficiently, and ensuring the sustainability of nursing operations.

Stay informed on the latest healthcare trends, technologies, and best practices to promote continuous improvement in patient care services. Address and resolve any issues or challenges within the nursing department promptly and effectively.

Current RN license in good standing for the state of Florida. Minimum of five (5) years of nursing experience, with at least two years in a management or supervisory role within home health. Status Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team of healthcare professionals.

Strong organizational and communication skills, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Knowledge of home health regulations and accreditation standards, with a commitment to providing high-quality, compliant care.

Proficiency in healthcare technology, electronic health records, and patient care management systems. Proficiency in OASIS E is preferred. Should be able to stand for prolonged periods and lift fifty (50) pounds.

Requirements
