As a member of our Advanced Practice Provider team, you will work alongside world-class cardiac surgeons and a collaborative multidisciplinary team, managing a diverse and challenging patient population in an environment that values clinical excellence, professional growth, and team-based care.

This is an exceptional opportunity for APPs who are passionate about cardiac surgery and committed to delivering the highest standard of patient care. New graduate APPs are welcome to apply.

This position is in the Cardiac Surgery department in an inpatient setting, with some cross coverage for ambulatory care. This position operates on a rotating schedule of 13-hour day shifts, including rotating weekend coverage. Home call coverage is shared on a rotating basis among team members.

Key Responsibilities

The Advanced Practice Provider will manage a diverse patient population within the cardiac surgery department in an inpatient setting. They will work alongside cardiac surgeons and a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality clinical care.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license for the State of Maryland. New graduate APPs are welcome to apply for this role.
