Job Description

Passing your boards is a big deal. Where you take your first BCBA role is an equally big deal, because the environment you start in shapes the kind of clinician you become. Finding the right place to do it really matters!

At Woven Care, we are a pediatric outpatient practice dedicated to helping children and families thrive. We have built a new BCBA experience around what we know matters most: a manageable caseload, genuine clinical support, and a multidisciplinary team that is invested in growing together.

What Your First Year Looks Like Here

This is the next chapter in your clinical journey, and you won't be navigating it alone. From day one you'll be surrounded by BCBAs and colleague in OT, PT, and SLP who love what they do and are excited to collaborate and grow alongside you.

Onboarding is thoughtfully designed with dedicated support and mentorship woven in from the start, ramping your caseload gradually so you can build confidence and clinical depth at the same time. You will carry up to a 10-client caseload sized so you can do your best work rather than just manage volume.

Day to day, you can expect to design and guide ABA programs, conduct assessments, supervise and mentor your RBT team, lead parent training sessions, and collaborate directly with your multidisciplinary team on shared clients. Documentation flexibility means as long as your job responsibilities are met, you can handle notes and indirect tasks from home, so your clinic time stays focused on what matters most: the kids and families you serve.

What You'll Get at Woven Care

A Team That's Here for YOU

Your clinical team is readily available and invested in your growth and where you are on your journey. From programming questions to caregiver communication and RBT supervision challenges, support is by your side. Plus, our multidisciplinary model means you'll collaborate daily with Speech, OT, and PT, gaining new perspectives and building a richer understanding of every child you serve. You'll never feel alone at Woven Care!

Student Loan Repayment

Partnering with SoFi, we provide you with $200/month right to the heart of your principal loan amount! Added up over your tenure with Woven Care, this benefit can save tens of thousands of dollars and years off your loan. Available for clinicians in our Pueblo and Fountain clinics.

Learning Opportunities Right from the Start

  • We want to build a team of BCBAs who never stop learning; that's why we've created a program that prioritizes professional growth throughout your career. You'll have access to:
  • $250 CEU reimbursement, increasing up to $1,500 annually with tenure
  • In-house CEU opportunities and ongoing clinical guidance built into how we operate

Compensation

New BCBAs receive a salary compensation range of $78,000–$82,000/year. Plus, we have a monthly productivity bonus of up to $750 ($9,000 annually).

Sign-on Bonus

Up to $10,000 in bonus pay. Whether you're relocating or just starting strong, we want to help you get here!

Benefits Options

Medical, dental, vision, tenure-based PTO, and sick leave accruing 128 hours your first year, six guaranteed holidays, life and disability insurance, and 401(k) with match after 1 year!

What You'll Need

  • Current BCBA certification in good standing
  • New BCBAs welcome!

At Woven Care, we've intentionally built a culture that embraces challenges: we're driven by excellence while encouraging fun (we do work with kids, after all!).

We believe deeply in the day-to-day impact of our work while also providing opportunities for long-term career growth and leadership opportunities for our team members. We offer real flexibility and manageable workloads for our team, while supporting our mission through collaboration and connection.

We think this is what makes Woven Care such a special place to work and why such special people choose to work with us!

Key Responsibilities

You will design and guide ABA programs, conduct assessments, and supervise RBTs while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Additionally, you will lead parent training sessions and manage documentation with the flexibility to complete indirect tasks from home.
