Job Description

You've been a BCBA for a few years, and you're ready to go deeper clinically, collaborate with a strong multidisciplinary team, and find a place that is genuinely invested in you!

At Woven Care, we're a multidisciplinary pediatric outpatient practice dedicated to helping children and families thrive. We believe great BCBAs do their best work when they have the caseload, the support, and the clinical environment to back it up. That's why we do things a little differently: manageable caseloads, so you can drive outcomes, true day-to-day collaboration with OT, PT, and SLP, and documentation flexibility so your evenings stay yours.

What Your Day Looks Like

You will join a team who loves what they do and is excited to grow alongside you. Our multidisciplinary model means daily collaboration with Speech, OT, and PT, not just shared clients on paper, but real shared problem-solving. You will know your colleagues, and they will know you.

Day to day, you can expect to design and oversee ABA programs, conduct assessments and program reviews, supervise and develop your RBT team, and lead parent training and family meetings. Your caseload is built to give you the space to do all of this well, up to 10 clients, sized for quality care rather than volume. Notes and indirect tasks can be handled from home, so your clinic time stays focused on clients and collaboration.
