Job description

Where you build your BCBA career matters, whether you're just starting out, a few years in, or a seasoned clinician looking for a better fit. At Woven Care, we're a multidisciplinary pediatric outpatient practice dedicated to helping children and families thrive, and we've built the BCBA experience around what matters most: a manageable caseload, genuine clinical support, and a team that's invested in growing together.
We're hiring a BCBA to cover a maternity leave running through February, at 30 or more hours per week. We welcome BCBAs at every stage of their career, from new BCBAs to experienced clinicians, and we tailor onboarding, mentorship, and compensation to where you are.
What Your Day Looks Like
You'll join a team of BCBAs and colleagues in OT, PT, and SLP who love what they do and are genuinely excited to collaborate and grow alongside you. Our multidisciplinary model means daily collaboration on shared clients, not just names on a care team, so you'll build a richer understanding of every child you serve and never feel like you're doing this alone.
Day to day, you can expect to design and guide ABA programs that drive real outcomes, conduct assessments and program reviews, supervise and mentor your RBT team, and lead parent training and family meetings. Your caseload is capped at up to 10 clients, sized so you can do your best work rather than just manage volume. Once your job responsibilities are met, notes and indirect tasks can be handled from home, so your clinic time stays focused on the kids and families you serve.
What We're Offering
Compensation
Compensation is aligned to experience, prorated for the length of the assignment, and based on an annualized range of $78,000 to $105,000. Bilingual clinicians earn an additional 2% on top of their compensation.
On top of salary, earn a monthly productivity bonus of up to $750 for each month of the assignment.
Schedule Flexibility
This role is 30 or more hours per week, with flex days to build a schedule around your life. Four- or five-day work week options are available.
Learning and Growth Opportunities
We want to build a team of BCBAs who never stop learning. You'll have access to:
$250 CEU reimbursement
In-house CEU opportunities and ongoing clinical guidance built into how we operate
This is a leave-coverage assignment, but it's a real look at how we work,
and for clinicians who are a strong fit, we're glad to talk about a permanent role when the assignment wraps. Every member of our clinical leadership team started at Woven Care as a clinician.
Benefits Options
Medical, dental, and vision plans for individuals and families, PTO, sick leave accruing 128 hours your first year, paid holidays falling within the assignment, and life and disability insurance.
What You'll Need
Current BCBA certification in good standing
Availability to start as soon as possible and commit through February at 30 or more hours per week
Any level of experience welcome, from new BCBAs to clinicians with 5+ years in a center-based or outpatient ABA setting; compensation is aligned to your experience
At Woven Care, we've intentionally built a culture that embraces challenges: we're driven by excellence while encouraging fun (we do work with kids, after all!). We believe deeply in the day-to-day impact of our work while also providing opportunities for long-term career growth and leadership opportunities for our team members. We offer real flexibility and manageable workloads for our team, while supporting our mission through collaboration and connection. We think this is what makes Woven Care such a special place to work and why such special people choose to work with us!
Equal Employment Opportunity: We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, disability, or any other status protected by law. Woven Care uses e-Verify to authorize eligibility for employment.

Key Responsibilities

You will design and guide ABA programs, conduct assessments, and supervise RBTs while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Additionally, you will lead parent training sessions and family meetings to ensure high-quality care for up to 10 clients.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a current BCBA certification in good standing and be available to start immediately through February. All experience levels are welcome, from new BCBAs to those with 5+ years of experience in center-based or outpatient settings.
