Job Description

Your first year as a therapist is the year you get to start applying everything you have learned and building the clinician you want to be. It is also the year the work becomes real: real kids, real families, real progress that you had a hand in. Finding the right place to do it really matters!

At Woven Care, we are a pediatric outpatient practice dedicated to helping children and families thrive. We have built a new grad experience around what we know matters most: engaged support, meaningful mentorship, and a team that is invested in growing together.

What Your Day Looks Like Here

This is the next step in your clinical journey, and you won't be doing it alone. From day one, you'll be surrounded by a team of PTs and PTAs and cross-disciplinary colleagues who love what they do and are genuinely excited to learn and grow alongside you.

Onboarding is thoughtfully designed with dedicated supervision and mentorship woven in from the start, ramping your caseload and workload expectations gradually throughout your onboarding.

Day-to-day, you can expect 30-60 minute one-on-one sessions that foster strong client and caregiver relationships, up to two evaluations per week that keep the work varied and engaging, and built-in documentation time so your evenings and weekends are yours to recharge. We serve children ages 0-21 with our primary caseload ranging from 3 to 16. Teammates have a productivity of 72.50% of their day.

The majority of our clinics are open 5 days per week (some 4 days), and we offer flexibility for either a 5-day schedule or a 4-day, 10-hour work week. A typical day runs from 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, with patient care in the morning, a lunch break from 12–1, and continued sessions in the afternoon.

What You’ll Get at Woven Care

A mentor and team that’s here for YOU: Your team is on site or readily available, meeting with you regularly in a way that is focused on your growth and where you are on your journey. From caseload questions to caregiver communication or documentation challenges, your support is by your side.

Plus, with our multidisciplinary model, you’ll have opportunities to collaborate with Speech, OT, and ABA to learn from other perspectives and grow your network. You’ll never feel alone at Woven Care!

Student loan repayment: Partnering with SoFi, we provide you with $200/month right to the heart of your principal loan amount! Added up over your tenure with Woven Care, this benefit can save tens of thousands of dollars and years off your loan.

Learning opportunities right from the start: We want to hire clinicians who never stop learning; that’s why we’ve built a program that prioritizes professional growth and learning opportunities throughout your career. You'll have access to:

$250 CEU reimbursement, increasing up to $1,500 annually with tenure

Woven's Clinical Advancement Program, where eligible clinicians receive full funding for specialty certifications, including PTO, travel, and lodging

Compensation

New grads receive a salary compensation range of $80,000-82,000/year. Plus, we have an annual productivity bonus of up to $9,000/year.

Sign-on bonus: Up to $5,000. Whether you’re moving from another area or just need some extra funds to start building up your materials, we want to help!

Benefits options: Medical, dental, vision, tenure-based PTO, and sick leave accruing 128 hours your first year, six guaranteed holidays, life and disability insurance, and 401(k) with match after 1 year!
